Before the product gets shipped, our quality assurance department checks the item completely concerning color, size, material, and stitching. Customers can openly share if they have any issue, simply take the picture of the issue, highlight the problems and send it to our provided email address. Moreover, if the return or exchange request has been approved the customer is liable for the handling and shipping cost depending on the weight of the parcel.

The request for order cancellation should be made within 24 hours after placing the order. The customer will get the whole amount back in his account if the request is made within 24 hours. If the cancellation is made after 24 hours the following conditions will be applied.
